Contemporary yet elegantly placed within a small rural town, the client needed a single storey replacement dwelling for the family. Making full use of the site and maximising space was essential to gain all of the elements set out within the brief. The context dictates the massing and form of the building yet a high specification of material finishes and landscaping allows this dwelling to stand apart as a piece of high quality architecture that has an ergonomic and functional design.
